multiple gloss buttons displaying

I've just noticed a couple funny things as I've needed to go in and adjust some manuscript sigla.

First, my Va/V Interlinear (TPEN project 7301) and Va/V Marginal (TPEN project 7300) aren't showing up in the RERUM site, although the base project for Va is (7299).

Second, when I was looking at my Tours (now Ts) manuscript in the RERUM site, multiple buttons are showing up for Interlinear and Marginal, and I can't determine which are the real pages that I can use to edit the layout, etc.

Start by reproducing the missing Va/V projects and duplicate Interlinear and Marginal buttons in the RERUM site, using TPEN projects 7299, 7300, 7301 and the Tours manuscript. Done means the expected Va/V projects appear and each Tours Interlinear or Marginal view has a single identifiable editable page.
