User Story
TPEN Projects and DLA Records are iteratively described by user contributions connecting related data points. Something is considered 'described' when it has many data points against it.
What data says "How many data points (Annos? MySQL data?) are available for this TPEN Project ID or DLA Record ID"?
How can an interface ask "how many data points target the thing I am looking at?"
