enhancements(dev-x): CLI cedar-pluck tool improvements

When you use npx cedar-os-cli pluck-component

- [ ] the scrolling and selecting elements is buggy (it re-prints everything on every single item)
- [ ] components.json equivalent to specify path name
- [ ] imports should adjust to the components.json path
- [ ] Do dependent items just get overridden?

T2 Changes
- [ ] if you've edited components, there should be a way to edit things
