Card dont exist until after save

## What
When adding a card and adding for example weather data to the card
The weather data wont be added to the card until you save on header, open edit mode and edit data.
Reason is, card dont exist in the database so we have no weather data to connect to the card.

> One suggestion is that when adding a widget we are still in edit mode, but page reload but we are still in edit mode. Edit mode only disables when we save the edit from dialog or header..

## Why
We can't add a card and add weather data until we saved on header.

No files or tests are identified in the issue. Reproduce the flow by adding a card, adding weather data before saving from the header, and tracing where the card and its data are handled; done means weather data is attached immediately without requiring a header save and edit cycle.
