Add replay selector dropdown

We need a dropdown to select available replays, If a replay is selected there should be a start replay button somewhere
(Havent fully though out this part just use your creativity lol)

Start with constants/types.ts to identify how available replay information is represented, then trace where the UI can expose replay controls. Add a selector for available replays and a start-replay action for the selected item; done means both controls are usable and the selected replay can be started.
