Description

**Describe the bug**
When waterbending from any source, the game asks to choose creatures and artifacts to tap. After selecting what to tap to help pay, the game taps the permanents and then asks to pay the remaining mana. If you press cancel while selecting to pay mana, the tapped permanents remain tapped.

If a player miscounts or just failed to tap enough permanents, they will have to cancel and have to deal with their tapped permanents. This can be beneficially exploited by having Katara, Bending Prodigy tap itself to get the +1/+1 counter at the end of the turn for free.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Start any Duel with Katara, Bending Prodigy in the deck.
2. When you have it in play, activate its waterbending ability.
3. Tap itself during the first waterbending payment step.
4. Cancel the ability during the mana payment step.
5. End the turn and the "check if tapped" ability triggers, bypassing intended game design.

**Expected behavior**
When a waterbending payment is cancelled, the game should untap all permanents that were used to help pay the mana cost.

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- OS: Windows 11
- Version MTG Forge v.2.0.07 - SNAPSHOT- 11.17

**Additional context**
This is the only waterbending card I could find that cares about being tapped, but other cards that trigger or benefit from being tapped could be exploited with any waterbending card.
