Description
**Describe the bug**
Yavimaya Cradle of Growth and similar cards which modify a lot of permanents at once seem to slow down the game quite a bit. There was a similar issue some time ago which talked about how it slows down AI (Here it is: https://github.com/Card-Forge/forge/issues/6149), however the issue is present even in multiplayer and with such cards is play turns pass rather slowly, even if all players had given priority.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Play Yavimaya Cradle of Growth or a card with similar effects
2. Have a field with a bunch of permanents (The slow down becomes more noticable with time and amount of affected cards in play)
3. Get all players to pass their turns
4. Observe how slowly the game moves
**Expected behavior**
Turns should pass rather fast, albeit with little slowdown. (but from experience of our playgroup they tend to pass slower than expected even without any issues, but since multiplayer is in beta I assume things would get better)
