Description
**Describe the bug**
AI doesn't cast Titan's Presence even if it has colorless card in hands with power greater then power of player's creature
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. AI has Titan's Presence and Emrakul, the Aeons Torn in hands
2. AI has 3 untapped Wastes
3. Player has Blightsteel Colossus
4. AI skips its turn
5. Player attacks with its Blightsteel Colossus
6. AI does nothing
**Expected behavior**
AI should cast Titan's Presence if it has colorless card in hands with power equal or greater then power of player's creature
