Ai able to cast dismember paying 4 life and 1 mana with trinisphere in play

**Describe the bug**
With trinisphere in play, dismember should cost (3) and 4 life for a player that cannot make black mana

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Have trinisphere in play
2. Target a creature with dismember
3. Player can pay 1 generic mana and 4 life
4. This is incorrect

**Expected behavior**
3. The player should need to pay (3) generic mana and 4 life if no black mana is available
