Gleemox showing up as legal in EDH

**Describe the bug**
The PRM version of Gleemox is showing up even when you have the the format restriction set to Commander.

**Additional context**
Since I'm bringing up cards that show up in formats that they shouldn't I may as well take this time to bring up the Play Test and Online only cards. These cards constantly show up in my EDH games even when all the settings should prevent this from happening. I always have to use the Dev mode to counter spell or remove these cards, like, _literally multiple times every single game_, and it would be really nice if the generated decks didn't include these illegal cards.
