Update Morph and Manifest card images to function like other token images

I think it would add some amount of value if it were possible to have multiple card images for the Morph and Manifest overlays. I find it disappointing that, for example, instead of being able to have one image for Manifest and another for Manifest Dread, everything uses the same Manifest overlay image by default. Meanwhile, other tokens have a system of filename suffixes that determine which image gets used, based on the card set of the token creator.

For example, right now I have an image sitting in the token image folder titled "manifest_dsk.png", in hopes it'd use that for the DSK cards and only them. Instead it just uses my default "manifest.png" with the Tarkir artwork and the suffix doesn't do anything.
