Description
**Describe the bug**
When Damping Sphere and player's painlands on the battlefield, autopay isn't active or doesn't activate a mana ability that requires a life payment
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Player has Damping Sphere and Murmuring Bosk/Horizon Canopy + 2 other lands
2. Player press to cast Doran, the Siege Tower
3a. Autopay isn't active
or
3b. Autopay doesn't activate a mana ability of Murmuring Bosk/Horizon Canopy
**Expected behavior**
Autopay should work with Damping Sphere on the battlefield
