Description
**Describe the bug**
AI ignores the effect of the player's Roiling Vortex and resolves spells from suspend like Ancestral Vision even if it kill AI.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Player has Roiling Vortex
2. AI suspends Ancestral Vision
3. AI has 5 or less lifes
4. When the last time counter is removed, AI casts Ancestral Vision for free
5. Roiling Vortex's trigger resolves
**Expected behavior**
AI should take into account the effect of Roiling Vortex and not allow spells from suspend/cascade if it has 10 life or less
