Description

**Describe the bug**
While playing my Davros deck I've noticed that the A.I. has never once picked the second mode for villainous choice. With Davros it will always choose to give me cards over discarding, and while that's a choice it can make, it's probably the wrong choice. That's not what prompted me to report this though, 'cause while having me draw over them discarding can be "defended," them losing the game versus not losing the game really can't.

I had Genesis of the Daleks on the field and more than enough Daleks to kill each opponent if the first mode of villainous choice was selected when the last chapter resolved. The A.I. chose the first mode and then promptly lost the game from taking 81 damage.

It would be nice if there was some logic that could be implemented that let the A.I. weigh the pros and cons of each villainous choice and then choose the one with the least cons. Or at the very least not choose the mode that kills them.
