**Describe the bug**
AI casts Bloodchief's Thirst with kicker to kill creature with 2 cmc. So it can't cast anything else.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Player has Giant Ox and other creature
2. AI has Bloodchief's Thirst and Smallpox in hand
3. AI has 4+ lands
4. AI casts Bloodchief's Thirst with kicker to kill Giant Ox
**Expected behavior**
AI should cast Bloodchief's Thirst with kicker only to kill creature with 3+ cmc
