AI sacrifices Undercity Informer and targets player, not itself. But that's what Undercity Informer is for, to target itself.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. AI casts Undercity Informer
2. AI sacrifices Undercity Informer and targets player
**Expected behavior**
AI should sacrifice Undercity Informer and target itself.
