**Describe the bug**
AI doesn't play these cards, but if they appeared on the battlefield thanks to Glimpse of Tomorrow/сascade/Urza's Saga/etc, AI uses them more or less skillfully
- [ ] Solitary Confinement
- [x] Forge Anew
- [ ] Springleaf Drum
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. AI takes these cards
2. AI has enough mana to cast them
3. AI doesn't cast them
BUT
1. AI put them from onto the battlefield by Glimpse of Tomorrow/Urza's Saga
2. AI uses them more or less skillfully
OR
1. AI cascades to this cards
2. AI play them from cascade
3. AI uses them more or less skillfully
**Expected behavior**
AI should cast Solitary Confinement if it has low hp and 2+ other cards
AI should cast Forge Anew
AI should cast Springleaf Drum
**Additional context**
Probably, AI should enchant 1-2 lands with his Utopia Sprawl, not more
