**Describe the bug**
AI casts Up the Beanstalk after it casts spell with mana value 5 or greater. So it don't draw a card.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. AI has 3 untapped lands and they together have all basic types
2. AI casts Leyline Binding
3. Then AI casts Up the Beanstalk
**Expected behavior**
AI should cast Up the Beanstalk before spells with mana value 5 or greater
**Desktop**
OS: Windows 10
