**Describe the bug**
AI very rarely casts Collected Company, even if it has enough lands
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. AI has Collected Company at hand
2. AI has enough lands to cast Collected Company
3. AI doesn't cast Collected Company in most cases
**Expected behavior**
For example, AI should consider the number of creatures in its deck and cast Collected Company whenever the chance of getting 2 creatures is high enough.
