**Describe the bug**
AI casts the second Inquisition of Kozilek to hand, in which it has already seen land
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. AI casts Inquisition of Kozilek and targets player
2. AI sees the land in his hand
3. AI casts second Inquisition of Kozilek and targets player
**Expected behavior**
AI shouldn't cast second Inquisition of Kozilek to irrelevant hand
**Additional context**
I think its a problem for all targeting discard
