Description
New Arena Singleton Format with Sleeper Agent Emblem:
> At the beginning of your upkeep, choose a creature card in your hand at random. It [perpetually](https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Perpetually) becomes a [Phyrexian](https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Phyrexian) in addition to its other types. Whenever a Phyrexian you control deals combat damage to a player, that player gets two [poison counters](https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Poison_counter).
