Aluren doesn't work

**Describe the bug**
The enchantment doesn't work for me and my opponents

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Play the card.
2. Try to cast creature spell with mana value 3 or less for free and as though they had flash.
3. See the bug, because the casting still request me to pay mana. If I try to cast the creature on my opponent's turn, it doesn't even put onto the stack.

**Expected behavior**
Creature will be cast for free and with option to do it on your opponent's turn

The screenshot shows that I tried to cast the Rootweaver Druid with Aluren on the battlefield. But I still requested to pay 2G to do it. I tried to cast it on my opponent's turn later, but it also didn't work.

**Additional context**
The Druid was cast for its full mana cost normally after considering that the enchantment doesn't work

No source file or test is named. Reproduce the issue in Forge with Aluren and Rootweaver Druid, then trace the card and casting-rule handling for reduced mana value and flash-like casting. Done means creatures with mana value 3 or less can be cast for free and during an opponent's turn when Aluren is on the battlefield.
