Constant screen flashes in the midst of the game

I am not entirely sure about nature of this bug, but after year of playing forge I rarely get a bug which makes screen constantly flicker and switch with other programms/windows or desktop, if none other windows are there. This makes the game basically unplayable and also impairs vision. I am not entirely sure how to reproduce this bug, but I've got a hunch that this can happen after pressing Alt + Tab. More information on the log, since this bug is rather elusive and I can't exactly pinpoint its nature. But it definitely has been there for a long time.
