Description
**Describe the bug**
AI killed itself using Burning-Tree Shaman and Domri Rade
**To Reproduce**
I've included a saved state with the final (and fatal) use of said ability on the stack.
**Expected behavior**
I expect the AI to weigh taking damage against the benefit of using said ability, and avoid doing so when it's not advantageous to do so, especially when it would cost it the game.
**Screenshots**
**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- OS: Windows 11
- Browser not playing in browser, but Chrome if still needed
- Version 2.0.14-SNAPSHOT-08.08
**Additional context**
This falls under the general category of the AI not thinking about it's options.

Research direction
Start by loading the attached state.txt and reproducing the final activation on Forge 2.0.14-SNAPSHOT-08.08. Then trace the AI decision for Domri Rade or another planeswalker while Burning-Tree Shaman would deal damage. Done means the AI recognizes the lethal cost and declines the ability when it is not advantageous.
