Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Frequently I will make a deck and want removal, just searching by removal isn't necessarily helpful, favoriting cards can help but is insufficient as that is only useful for the most broadly applicable cards and is reset every new run.
In physical MTG deckbuilding I have cards sorted by uses, and I importantly don't have to deal with bulk commons I know I will never use when doing so.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Provide the option to manually tag cards with various custom labels, then sort by said labels. Have labels carry over across games. Preferably have the system be editable in game, rather than requiring external files.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Access to scryfalls tagging system would also address this problem, scryfall has a list of tags for every card that can help locate similar cards or hyper specific effects that.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by tracing the existing card search and favorite-card behavior, then identify how card preferences persist across games. Done means custom labels can be edited in game, used to sort or find cards, and remain available in later games.
