Description

**Describe the ~~bug~~ suggestion**
Hi,
With the emergence of bold and tactless sponsorships that are often misleading and deceiving on youtube, and because typical ad blocking plugins are not designed for it, maybe it could be a nice addition to captnfact to factcheck or even allow users to skip off-topic sponsorships in videos.

It could increase the captainfact userbase and would help truth and transparency prevail online.

I've seen how powerful the extension is at skipping to timecodes and displaying facts on the video player, it would be such a breaktrough, I think, as was the emergence of adblocking plugins 7 years ago.

Best regards and thanks for this awesome project!
