## Feature Description
A utility to help players track and optimize their use of the Tingle Tuner, including locations of Tingle Statues and available Tingle services.
## Subtasks
- [ ] Add Tingle Statue locations to the map
- [x] Create a checklist for found/unfound statues
- [ ] Implement Tingle service cost calculator
- [x] Add a reference guide for Tingle Tuner functions
- [x] Integrate the helper into the main app UI
## Notes
- Tingle Statues should be marked on the map with a unique icon.
- The service cost calculator should include deciphering costs.
