Add 'File name prefix' text box to 'Data Import' section to show user what prefix should be used for data file

Description

- If user has loaded import configs, then the data file prefix needs to match what has been specified in the import configs file. If no loaded import configs then the default file prefix should be used: 'ExportedData'.
