Assert - Calculate Dates using office hours and Holiday schedules

As part of our process, when creating specific entity records we do complex date calculations using office hours and holiday schedules. we currently have no way to test if this is working say a record is created and the SLA is calculated for the record.

a way to check the date value is correct based on supplied logic and context.
