Attendees need access to Dev Hub and the ADO project so they can follow all steps in the ALM process

I created 3 environments and gave the users access but was not able to give them access to my ADO project to view the pipelines. This meant I needed to approve all the PR's and stopped the attendees getting to experience ADO for themselves.
