Description
From the first session, the majority of attendees gave the feedback that it would be useful to have a virtual machine already provisioned for them with Visual Studio, Chrome and the SpecFlow extension installed, as the setup of the automated testing project and tools took up most of the session time.
We should have a process for automatically creating a Windows 10 VM for each of the participants with developer specs, Visual Studio 2019, the VS SpecFlow extension and the latest version of Google Chrome (in line with latest ChromeDriver version).

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or provisioning entry point. Start by checking the repository for any existing training-environment or VM setup process, then compare it with the requested Windows 10, Visual Studio 2019, SpecFlow extension, and Chrome requirements. Done means a repeatable process is defined for provisioning one suitable VM per attendee.
