Description
As a DTX user on MacBook Pro I want to submit overtime claims to authorisers.
Actual behaviour : In `SubmitClaims.aspx`, after selecting the `Validator` of choice and hitting 'Return' I am automatically forwarded to `Summary.aspx` page instead of generating `Authorisers` drop down.
Expected behaviour : In `SubmitClaims.aspx`, after selecting the `Validator` of choice, the normal user behaviour is to hit 'Return' so that the `Authorisers` are generated.
