Stepper

As a developer
I want to be able to use a `Stepper` component
so that I can provide a wizard-like workflow by dividing content into logical steps.

The component should contain:
- [ ] Embedded className called `dcx-stepper`
- [ ] Relevant classes for shared / reusable styling
- [ ] Add the ability to specify other props (...props)
