* What they're doing / paying attention to / getting distracted by. What do they prioritise / ignore?
* Things they can / can't do - e.g. hands free / not free to look at alerts or cancel them
* Do they prefer to see / hear / feel alerts?

Additional value from Personas:
* Put them on github for onboarding new O/S contributors - help them get quickly up to speed and feel engaged
