This will need to be an update to the hills defined at the [Design Thinking workshop](https://github.com/Code-and-Response/Prometeo/wiki). It also touches on some issues about potential device usage by these users in an [Edge architecture](https://github.com/Code-and-Response/Prometeo/blob/master/EDGE.md).
