Tester/QA: Validation of entire system functionality

Need to regularly test the integration end to end. Will require us to document a test plan and perhaps figure out how to automate tests. The [Project OWL folks build their documentation and test devices when code is committed to their repo](https://github.com/Code-and-Response/ClusterDuck-Protocol/actions?query=workflow%3A%22Build+examples%22). It might be a good way to improve quality.
