### Background on the problem the feature will solve/improved user experience
There's currently no easy way for someone to find out more about the data trustworthiness of TakeTwo's data, or general information at large

### Describe the solution you'd like
A landing page that provides transparency of who owns data, how data is gathered, who the steering committee is, how people can get involved in TakeTwo.

- As a visitor to the website I know who hosts TakeTwo's data, how the data is gathered and evaluated
- As a visitor to the website I know who is on the steering committee for TakeTwo
