Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

There is no way to verify a highlighted text unless we manually check them. The concept of crowdsourcing introduces potential bias.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

When someone is using the plugin, after they install the plugin, we periodically (not too often) serve a paragraph of text (some which we have in the database already and some which we do not) and asks them to highlight if they see something that is racially biased. This will be served via a pop up.

It would be a bit like website verification robot that you see on sites. So this would be a string that someone else has highlighted. This would enable us to verify the records.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Others considered will be raised as other feature requests

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by mapping the JavaScript Chrome extension and its existing highlighted-text and database flow, then define the popup interaction, sampling frequency, verification result, and completion criteria before implementation.
