Oriented Bounding Boxes

Hello there,

I'd like to add a class for the Oriented Bounding Boxes in the Same way as the axis-aligned Bounding Box class is currently implemented.
I'd get a PR ready and stick to the same format as the current Bounding Box class is, if there are no complaints.

If nothing speaks against it, I'd also add a function that returns a Box Shape-Object in the shape of the Bounding box, so that one can also visualise it (my way to do so is usually create an assembly and add the BB shape with transparency).
