Make seperate instruction for updating dotfiles from cachyos-*-settings package using meld

In [Hypr updates](https://wiki.cachyos.org/configuration/desktop_environments/hyprland/#hypr-updates) There are instructions on using the diff/merge tool `meld`, which i belive comes pre-installed on all DE/WMs if you use CachyOS.

The walk-through in the wiki, which is specific to Hyprland has simple steps which could be replicated for other WMs such as [Niri](https://niri-wm.github.io/niri/).

There are files (other than the ones strictly for the WM/DE) which also get updates in the `/etc/skel` directory. Comparing directories recursively is also an option (compare `/etc/skel` & `~`), but can be resource intensive if you don't disable showing "New" files in the "File filters" in meld.

Read the existing Hypr updates section in the CachyOS wiki, then review the linked Niri documentation and the /etc/skel and home-directory comparison context. Done means the wiki has a separate, clear meld walkthrough covering WM/DE-specific files and other dotfiles, including the recursive comparison and file-filter caveat.
