Chromium-Based Browsers HW Acceleration Flags use deprecated flags --ozone-platform-hint

The ``--ozone-platform-hint`` flag has been removed and default behavior for the hint is always auto ``--ozone-platform``, seemingly still exists per:

That said, it follows the hint unless itself overridden. Therefore can be treated as being "auto" by default.

## Changes required:

1. Lines regarding ``--ozone-platform-hint=x11`` will be removed.
2. Lines regarding ``--ozone-platform`` that do not actually change behavior will be removed.
3. The default assumption must be that the user is on Wayland, so grammar and wording regarding such must be tweaked on this page to fit such.
