Clarify reason for using ntfs3 in fstab automount during boot page

Hello,

Following the guide I accidentally used ntfs instead of ntfs3 option in fstab , since I just copied the fstype from lsblk and the difference wasn't explicitly noted

Details on why ntfs3 is supposed to be used are missing in fstab man page and was hard to find (its listed in mount man page but without any explanation that it should be used for ntfs filesystems always). Anyway this mistake leads to the mounted drives being read-only because of a different kernel driver, despite all the permission options, which took some time to troubleshoot as a first time linux user.
