Description

Sorry if this is a more useless Issue to make, but I noticed the Arch Wiki says that /boot/efi is discouraged, despite it being historical.

would this be a noteworthy change or is there just a specific reason it's still used on Grub?

Is this a leftover from something? This doesn't seem to be anywhere in the installer

Research direction

Review the desktop install documentation shown in the screenshots and compare its EFI mount point guidance with the Arch Wiki. Determine whether the /boot/efi step is still present or meaningful for the installer, then update or remove the documentation once the intended Grub behavior is confirmed.
