[Request] Please Add Rsyslog

Hi,

I kindly ask that you please make a write up on the Wiki for setting up/using Rsyslog in CachyOS.

It's my understanding there are a few things outdated on Arch's Wiki

On a side note I believe I'm 99% there, but this isn't just for me, I have seen interest in this.

I personally love the traditional logging in Linux, here's a screen shot showing the logs on my box;
