### Bug description

CachyOS LiveISO/installer does not detect the German keyboard on a Framework16 laptop.

### Steps to reproduce

Use a Framework16 laptop with a German keyboard.

### Expected behavior

Keyboard layout should be automatically selected.

### Actual behavior

It uses generic US keyboard layout.
