### Bug description

On KDE Plasma, on a new install the system reports that DDC/CI is supported on my monitor (HAFF T238), yet when i enable it and change the brightness it only works for about three times until it gets stuck on the brightness that was previously set, to fix this I have to reset my monitor's settings to make the system reset the brightness.
On other distros like Ubuntu, Mint and Arch-based distros like EndeavourOS and Arch this does not happen, i can only change the software brightness.
I did see journalctl saying that the DDC data read all zeros so it's not available so i don't get why it "works" on Cachy.
The journalctl log shows this:
For some reason the DDC/CI slider disappears after resetting the monitor as well:

### Steps to reproduce

1. Install CachyOS
2. Go into the System Settings app
3. Try to change the brightness with DDC/CI turned on

### Expected behavior

For the system to disable DDC/CI preemptively and instead use software brightness changing.

### Actual behavior

The system handled DDC/CI as enabled and "supported" on the monitor, even though the monitor doesn't support it.
