Description

### Pre-flight checklist

- [x] I have searched existing issues and this is not a duplicate.
- [x] I have read the [Contributing Guidelines](https://github.com/CachyOS/linux-cachyos/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md).
- [x] I have verified the issue is reproducible with the latest available CachyOS kernel.
- [x] I have tried to reproduce the issue on Arch Linux's `linux` kernel.

### Upstream / vanilla kernel check

I have not tested with a vanilla/upstream kernel

### Kernel variant

linux-cachyos (EEVDF, Clang)

### System information (cachyos-bugreport.sh)

Installed kernels:

- linux-cachyos-bmq 7.0.9-1 (working)
- linux-cachyos-lts 6.18.33-1 (broken)
```
### Manual system information (if cachyos-bugreport.sh is unavailable)
```text
- Laptop: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1xxx

### Bug description

**Kernel versions tested:**
-`linux-cachyos` 7.0.10-1 — touchpad does NOT work
-`linux-cachyos-lts` 6.18.33-1 — touchpad does NOT work
-`linux-cachyos-bmq` 7.0.9-1 — touchpad works

**Kernel cmdline:**
```
nowatchdog nvme_load=YES rd.luks.uuid=... splash loglevel=3 acpi_osi=Linux
```

**Error on 7.0.10 (dmesg):**
```
irq 27: nobody cared
i2c_designware i2c_designware.0: controller timed out
i2c_hid_acpi i2c-SYNA329D:00: can't add hid device: -110
i2c_hid_acpi i2c-SYNA329D:00: probe with driver i2c_hid_acpi failed with error -110
```

**Working boot log (7.0.9, dmesg):**
```
[13.962839] input: SYNA329D:00 06CB:CE14 Mouse as /devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:15.0/i2c_designware.0/i2c-0/i2c-SYNA329D:00/...
[13.963078] input: SYNA329D:00 06CB:CE14 Touchpad as /devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:15.0/i2c_designware.0/i2c-0/i2c-SYNA329D:00/...
```

**Key difference:** On 7.0.10 there is also a spurious IRQ 27 error before the I2C timeout that is absent on 7.0.9:
```
irq 27: nobody cared (try booting with the "irqpoll" option)
handlers: [idma64_irq] [i2c_dw_isr]
```
This suggests a regression in IRQ handling for the I2C Designware controller between 7.0.9 and 7.0.10.

**Workaround:** Downgrade to `linux-cachyos-bmq` 7.0.9-1.
