Unable to wake from Suspend Lenovo LOQ 15ARP9 (AMD Ryzen7 7435HS + RTX 4060 dGPU only)

My system Lenovo LOQ 15 15ARP9 is unable to wake from sleep or hibernation after suspending. The screen is blank whereas the fans, keyboard backlight are on.

Start with the cachyos-bugreport.sh output and previous boot log linked in the issue, then read the CachyOS forum thread and its kernel-testing follow-up. Reproduce the suspend or hibernation failure on the specified Lenovo LOQ hardware and use those reports to determine whether wake succeeds after a relevant kernel test; done means the system wakes reliably without a forced restart.
