### Pre-flight checklist

- [x] I have searched existing issues and this is not a duplicate.
- [x] I have read the [Contributing Guidelines](https://github.com/CachyOS/linux-cachyos/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md).
- [x] I have verified the issue is reproducible with the latest available CachyOS kernel.
- [x] I have tried to reproduce the issue on Arch Linux's `linux` kernel.

### Upstream / vanilla kernel check

I have not tested with a vanilla/upstream kernel

### Kernel variant

linux-cachyos (EEVDF, Clang)

### Bug description

After upgrading linux-cachyos from 7.2.3-1 to 7.2.4-1, Plasma Login Manager starts normally, but after logging in the Plasma desktop becomes unusable.

The wallpaper and mouse cursor may appear, but keyboard and mouse input inside the desktop stops responding. After a short period, the system reboots.

Booting linux-cachyos-lts 6.18.50-1 works normally.

Downgrading only linux-cachyos and linux-cachyos-headers back to 7.2.3-1 completely fixes the issue.

No other packages or configuration were changed between these tests.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Install/update linux-cachyos and linux-cachyos-headers to 7.2.4-1.
2. Reboot the system.
3. Boot the normal linux-cachyos kernel.
4. Log in through Plasma Login Manager using the Plasma Wayland session.
5. Plasma starts loading, but the desktop becomes unresponsive.
6. After a short period, the system reboots.

Workarounds:
- Booting linux-cachyos-lts 6.18.50-1 works normally.
- Downgrading linux-cachyos and linux-cachyos-headers to 7.2.3-1 also works normally.

### Expected behavior

Plasma Wayland should start normally after logging in, as it does with linux-cachyos 7.2.3-1 and linux-cachyos-lts 6.18.50-1.

The desktop should remain responsive and the system should not reboot.

### Actual behavior

After logging in with linux-cachyos 7.2.4-1, Plasma becomes unresponsive.

The desktop wallpaper and mouse cursor may appear, but keyboard and mouse input inside the Plasma session stop responding. After roughly 2–3 minutes, the system reboots automatically.

The same system works normally when booting linux-cachyos 7.2.3-1 or linux-cachyos-lts 6.18.50-1.
