[Enhancement]: Lack of Reliable Internet Censorship And Suppression Circumvention Tools

### Problem / Motivation

Being able to circumnavigate the internet limitations posed by oppressive governments over their millions of internet users is a deal maker or breaker when using any operating system. There is no GUI application available for users when installing CachyOS on the live media or on the Calamares, therefor if the user is on a network in a country that suffers from oppression, they will likely be unable to install CachyOS.

### Proposed Solution

I know I am not suppose to be suggesting a package, but based on reasons described above, I really do think a reliable and user-friendly GUI proxy utility is necessary, not only in the official repos but also on the live media. There are many cross-platform tools with the qualities described, but I am sure many people who rely on such tools for day-to-day life, would agree that [Throne](https://github.com/throneproj/Throne) is indeed a great one.

Unfortunately a lot of these so called oppressive countries with heavily limited and censored internet network, are also poor in many perspectives including financially, so inevitably most consumer computer hardware used by people living there, are aged. So they being able to use Linux desktops as a modern operating system alternative to Microsoft Windows 11 is, again, dependent on a free internet connection. Me such as one, have been using CachyOS from Iran, so I can tell you about it.

Start by reviewing how packages are included in the CachyOS live media and Calamares environment; no repository files or tests are named in the issue. Evaluate whether Throne or another user-friendly GUI proxy utility can be included in the official repositories and live media, with installation remaining usable on censored networks.
